Who is Eligible for the Program ?:

Anyone who had a surcharge assessed between Sept 30, 2004 and Dec 31, 2008 and were delinquent on those payments.

Those who qualify for the Amnesity Program will pay 10 percent of the original amount owed for all surcharges combined, for a maximum amount of 250.00. For Example ; if a customer owes $1,000 in all surcharges then all he/she would have to pay is $100.00 if qualify.
